Class C Resort License – This license allows for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers on the premises. Restaurants and bars can use this license to sell alcohol without a seating or food requirement. If a location has more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu, then it can obtain a Class C Resort license. The first 550 Class C resort licenses are transferable to any location across the state. A Class C Resort license can be still obtained directly from the State.
Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) – The sale of beer, wine, and spirits (like vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location is allowed.It is allowed for customers to purchase beer, wine, and spirits in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location.
Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – Customers may purchase beer and wine in their original packages for consumption outside the licensed location.
