What types of Liquor Licenses are available in Montmorency County

The first 550 Class C resort licenses are able to be transferred to any location in the state. It is possible to still get a Class C Resort license directly from the State.

Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) –  The purchase of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) by customers in their original packages for consumption outside of the licensed location is allowed.

Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – Customers are allowed to purchase beer and wine in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location.
