It permits restaurants and bars to sell liquor without a seating or food requirement. To obtain a Class C Resort license your location must have more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu. The first 550 Class C resort licenses are transferable to any other location in the state. One can still get a Class C Resort license directly from the State.

Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) –  Customers are able to purchase beer, wine, and spirits in their original packaging for consumption off-site.

Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – Allowing customers to purchase wine and beer in their original packages for consumption outside the licensed location is allowed.
