Class C Tavern Liquor License –Allows beer and wine to be sold on premises.
Class C Liquor License – This license allows for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers on the premises. This license is for restaurants and bars and does not require seating or food.
Class C Resort License – This license allows for customers to purchase beer, wine, and spirits (e.g. vodka, tequila, and whiskey) on premises. It permits restaurants and bars to sell liquor without a seating or food requirement. To obtain a Class C Resort license your location must have more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu. The first 550 Class C resort licenses are transferable to any other location in the state. One can still get a Class C Resort license directly from the State.
Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) – Customers are able to purchase beer, wine, and spirits in their original packaging for consumption off-site.
Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – Allowing customers to purchase wine and beer in their original packages for consumption outside the licensed location is allowed.

Receive your letter of deficiency and return all of the requested documents.
