What types of Liquor Licenses are available in Luce County

To be eligible for a Class C Resort license your location must have more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu. The first 550 Class C resort licenses are able to be transferred to any location in the state. A Class C Resort license can be still obtained directly from the State.

Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) – The purchase of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) by customers in their original packages for consumption outside of the licensed location is allowed.

Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – The sale of beer and wine to customers in their original packages for consumption outside the licensed location is possible.
