The first 550 Class C resort licenses are able to be transferred to any location in the state. Getting a Class C Resort license directly from the State is still possible.

Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) –  Allows for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits to customers in their original packages for consumption off-site.

Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – It is allowed for customers to purchase beer and wine in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location.

Steps to getting a Lake County Liquor License
