This license, for use in bars and restaurants, does not require a seating or food requirement. To obtain a Class C Resort license, there must be more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu at the location. The transfer of the first 550 Class C resort licenses can be done to any location in the state. Getting a Class C Resort license directly from the State is still possible.

Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) –  The sale of beer, wine, and spirits (like vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location is allowed.It is allowed for customers to purchase beer, wine, and spirits in their original packages for consumption off-site.

Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – Customers are allowed to purchase beer and wine in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location.
