Class C Resort License – This license allows for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers on the premises. This license, for use in bars and restaurants, does not require a seating or food requirement. A Class C Resort license can be obtained if the location has more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu. The transfer of the first 550 Class C resort licenses can be done to any location in the state. One can still get a Class C Resort directly license from the State.
Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) – The sale of beer, wine, and spirits (like vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location is allowed. It is allowed for customers to purchase beer, wine, and spirits in their original packages for consumption off-site.
Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – Allows for the sale of beer and wine to customers in their original packages for consumption outside the licensed location.
