Class C Liquor License – This license allows for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers on the premises. This license allows restaurants and bars to sell alcohol without needing a seating or food requirement.
Class C Resort License – This license allows for the sale of beer, wine, and spirits (such as vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers on the premises. Bars and restaurants can use this license to sell alcohol without a seating or food requirement. To Get a Class C Resort license your location must have more than 100 seats and a full restaurant menu. The transfer of the first 550 Class C resort licenses can be done to any location in the state. It is possible to still get a Class C Resort license directly from the State.
Specially Designated Distributor Liquor License (SDD) – The sale of beer, wine, and spirits (like vodka, tequila, and whiskey) to customers in their original packages for consumption away from the licensed location is allowed. It is allowed for customers to purchase beer, wine, and spirits in their original packages for consumption off-site.
Specially Designated Merchant License (SDM) – The sale of beer and wine in their original containers for consumption outside the licensed location is permitted.

Receive the letter notifying you of the deficiency and return the required documents.
